I am telling y'all right now. The worst way to not only have someone NOT use your services but to also tell other people they know to NOT associate with this company is to BUY THEIR INFORMATION OFF THE INTERNET and use it to create an account they did not ask for. Which is what you did to me last night. I have never even heard of this company yet all of your information was right there in this email with MY phone number and email but my daughter's name. Can't be more obvious that you buy information online. You even created an account on your website with my info. I'm fully aware there isn't much I can do but y'all are fully wrong for that. We're not even looking for a house right now but we will not ever use this company when we do! Email was reported as spam. Because that's what this is. Mildred Perdomo is the agent who sent the email with your company name and logo.

I am currently under contract with a property, Jessie Nelms is the sellers agent. The seller agreed that if the property appraised for less he agreed to update the price to the appraised amount. The appraisal came in less and now per Jessie Nelms her client wants to renegotiate the contract and not pay the closing costs that he already signed and agreed to! She also said that her client is seeing that rates are high, what does that have to do with our contract! We have a binding contract! How can a sellers agent allow her seller to do that? I have invested over $1000 for the inspection and the appraisal and now the seller wants to back out of a contract! Jessie even had the nerve to say, now that they have my appraisal they can negotiate a better deal with someone else! I’m packed thinking Im thinking I have closing coming up and this is the disreputable selling agent I am dealings with. The seller or the agent needs to reimburse me for the money I have spent! This is bad business! If you see a property with this agent or this real estate agency you may want to reconsider because this could happen to you as well!

She did her best to hide a hoarded home, filth, rat chew, shoddy work. Heck even two home inspectors seemed to give the home a 👍. No one should trust this agency period. Contractors that are working just for Tiffany, not permitted - no official outside professional contractor. Plumbing, electrical, paint over nicotine, dead rats, rotten wood, mold, shall I go on?

Rebecca was amazing to work with. She listed 2 homes for me(one of which she had under contract for over asking in less than a day). Will be using her to buy or sell any future homes we have. If you need a realtor than will be responsive and fight to get you the most out of the transaction then definitely give Rebecca a call.

Rusty Cole was absolutely the worst Realtor that I have ever used. He is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t ever use him if your selling your home due to a Divorce. Rusty will start out like he cares and that he’s on your side , but will quickly turn on you and team up with the other side in a heartbeat. Let me add that this was a domestic violence case he broke my ribs twice and he’s being charged with felony charges. I was not to have any communication with my husband. So after speaking with him your opinion changed then you are no better than an abusive person if you’re going to side with one.

It's very difficult finding a good realtor, however sometimes you should just go with your gut and not give people the benefit of the doubt. This was my experience with Lenore Baugh. There were several times I planned to cancel with her due to her unmatched availability, the individual she paired me with, and her inconsistencies, but like she said, "You're just too nice." I should've walked away from Heritage Oaks Realty. They werent there to negotiate for me, but to convince me to hurry up and buy. Well, my niceness landed me a house and an unfulfilled contract. In my contract, it listed the seller was to fix a toilet in the house. The walkthrough was scheduled for Saturday September 21 and closing September 23. During the walkthrough I informed her that the toilet in the house (amongst other things) were not up to par. She assured me that this was nothing to worry about and it would be fixed. She informed me the water was just off on the toilet. When I asked her, what happens if there really is a problem with the toilet. Here's her text message verbatim On September 23 at 6:17 "Charisma darling, sorry I couldn't make it. Yes all is fine. Check your home warranty... they may take care of the rekey :) Yes of its not fix they WILL have to repair. Has company...I think you can pick a natural gas company" So trusting Lenore, I closed on the property. After closing, on September 28 at 11:56am this was Lenore's response when I made her aware that it wasn't the water, the toilet is broken. "I have strong doubts that the seller is going to do anything to make it right. If that don't I encourage you to call your warranty verses calling a plumber. Your home warranty will schedule a plumber to come out to fix." Today she had her broker Rusty Cole call to intimidate me. Basically tell me it wasn't their problem and I needed to contact the seller. I've never heard this name prior to today, yet he became very important once I discussed consulting an attorney regarding my rights. This is Heritage Oaks Realty.

Rusty is highly knowledgeable and very personable. He will be able to solve most (if not all!) problems that arise from a real estate transaction. He does not waste time, and makes things happen! Thank you Rusty, for your help!

Worst experience ever I will not recommend nobody to this company first time seller and buyer work with Michelle who sold my mom house for me and turn around to buy our new house, there's alot of pointers she missed and let me loose my ernest money i tildther from the beginning im not going to buy a house that need work done on i need a ready to move in house but with her lackadaisical self ahe didnt communicate with the seller so henece i lost my $2000 dollars she call and said she will gove it back to me when she find us a new house. After i found the house and we closed I asked her when will i get my money back now this is were things got nasty she play hoops with my money and refused to give it back. So I call the broker and nothing got resolved so NOW IM TAKING HER TO COURT

My husband and I were working with Leslie Rodgers. She had told us she would show us houses on Saturday at whatever time worked best for us . She said she didn’t mind working weekends , we told her we were fine with that we preferred afternoon because we have a 6 month old daughter who doesn’t like getting in and out of the car seat and my husband works very long hours , she set up the time at 130 then text me a little later saying she wanted to split times I told her no because I didn’t want to get my 6 month old in and out of the car seat we told her we wanted to view the 5 houses we picked out all at one time instead of splitting time and she all of sudden didn’t want to work with us , Instead she told me to find someone else and blocked me . I then called her boss to ask what was going on and why this was happening he said she said we were “too aggressive” and HE WAS JUST AS RUDE as our past experience!! He told us “it isn’t about us” and we need to stop planning ahead of time and plan the day of because their schedules get filled up but let me remind you SHE PLANNED TO SHOW THE HOUSES SATURDAY WE WERE GOING TO WAIT TILL MONDAY. If we are the ones buying a home it should be what works best for us and what we want to do . They are here to work for us and help us find our dream home!!! if they can’t do that then they should kindly let us know so we can figure something out and also find a more qualify realtor WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. But also everyone has their own opinions!!
